We are thrilled to announce that commZoom® has been acquired by Charter Communications, a leading broadband connectivity company and cable operator serving more than 32 million customers in 41 states through its Spectrum brand.
Over an advanced communications network, Spectrum offers a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business products and services, including Spectrum Internet®, Spectrum TV®, Spectrum Mobile™ and Spectrum Voice®.

Q: Can we currently switch and/or upgrade to Spectrum’s video, internet and voice services?
A: We are still operating as commZoom until our transition is complete, so not at this time. We will continue to keep our customers updated on progress, timing and what to expect in the near future.
Q: If I call the Spectrum support line, can they assist me with my bill?
A: We are still operating as commZoom – so our customers should continue to call 844-858-8500 Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm with any service, billing or customer care issues.
Q: What will change for me as a current commZoom customer?
A: Your service(s) levels will remain the same, although there could be some minor adjustments to programming. Refer to our current channel lineups for the latest available programs.
Q: Will my monthly rates be adjusted?
A: Your monthly rates will not change at this time.
